Marcus is an award-winning Comedy and Commercials Director. 

Marcus has directed commercial campaigns for brands such as Budweiser, Sainsburys, Lloyds Bank, EE, Samsung, Diageo, HSBC, Kelloggs, American Eagle, McDonalds, Amazon Prime, Greene King, Santander, Barclaycard, Hotels.com, Tesco, HSBC, Google, Durex and People’s Postcode Lottery.

 

Directed Amazon's scripted launch campaign for American Gods, receiving much critical acclaim from Freemantle, STARZ and Amazon Prime.​ 

Wrote and directed 3 x 90’’ scripted commercials for Fallon Agency in New York starring Charly Clive and Emma Sidi for Hotels.com all shot in New England. 

Wrote and directed two commercials for Virgin Media with comedian Guz Khan for agency RAPP UK. Ad won best ‘Brand Film’ at the 2022 EMEA Awards.​ 

Recently directed 6 x 200’’ scripted drama films for Inspired Films that won gold at the 2021 Cannes Dolphin. Project was entitled ‘Lift The Fog.’ With VFX work from three different FX houses. 

2021 and 2022 Directed 3 x 30’’ Tesco TVC commercials that went live before I’m A Celeb launch both years and the England games of the 2022 World Cup. All in Partnership with ITV through SE Creative and ITV Creative.  He also directed a £4 million campaign for ITV Creative. An ITV Partnership with People’s Postcode Lottery that built 14 x TVC commercials. All building to a 200’’ ad take-over after Coronation Street in December 2022.
